Elias!
Earlier in the week Jakob and I went to see Andreas and Karins little boy Elias who was only 10 days old and very very cute.
Jakob and Elias
Elias slept through all the noise and we never really got to see him awake for more than a very short time. I am sure though that he will grow up having lots of fun with all the boys in the family. And Moa :-)
Jakob was so excited when he got to play football with Andreas and even though Andreas is very fit he got tired long before Jakob.
Feeling a bit better...
Getting to the end of the Easter holidays both Jakob and Isak started feeling much better and we had mum over for dinner.
Easter activites
Not at all grumpy because of having to stay in the house all Easter when the weather was amazing outside, we did some creative things in between the fevers. Jakob and Isak painted two eggs each, I painted 1 and dropped it so it cracked.
My birthday!
Last week, the day after we got back from Kåbdalis, was my birthday. Adam was working late that day so I picked up the kids and went to mums for dinner! I had a feeling in the morning that the kids were getting a bit sick and in the evening they were really miserable. Isak had scratched his face and Jakob hurt his foot on top of colds and when I got home in the evening they both had a fever.
The day after when I had planned to celebrate my birthday with some cake and visitors I had to cancel. Even though I look more sick than Jakob and Isak in the photo I was actually the only one in the family who was not sick at all.
Kåbdalis
The previous photos I have uploaded from Kåbdalis came from my phone and these are from my camera...
First night the kids having a few quiet seconds on the couch.

And the small kids...

Happy Easter!
Our fourth ski trip for the season went really well and we had a great time in Kåbdalis with 5 other families. We got through them all without anyone being sick but after this last trip it all happened. Adam, Jakob and Isak have been sick all week and still haven't completley recovered. Adam is much better and today finally both kids seem to be getting better. We think Jakob has an ear infection. He gets a fever in the afternoon and complains about a sore ear. He sleeps well though so I hope it is a mild infection. If it is not better in the next couple of days we have to take him to the doctor.
Because of everyone (apart from me) being sick we have spent pretty much the whole Easter in the house. It has been nice with some quiet time and great to spend so much time as a family, but I must say I am getting a bit restless. Being the only one who is not sick, amazing weather outside and having lots of energy... have been for a long walk every day, took Jakob to Zara and Micke for dinner Friday night, a quick trip to the city Saturday and mum coming over in the afternoon today with some Easter eggs for the kids and to have dinner with us. Adam cleaned her car as well. That has been my Easter. One more day to go before life goes back to normal again.
Isak can now say two words in a row. Daddy no! He loves saying it and he says it often. He can also say the Swedish word for eight and says it every time you start talking about someones age. He gets really upset if we tell him that he is only two. Eight!! he says very strongly.
The photo was taken this afternoon when the kids were outside for a few minutes. I love spring!!
