Exercise

I am still doing well being more healthy and exercising. A walk every morning and laps in the pool every day. Today I did 60 laps. It is a very small pool so 60 laps is probably about 600m but for someone like me who normally don't like swimming much it is pretty good.
The best thing is that it is not even difficult living a healthy life here in Thailand. At home there are so many temptations but here I don't even think about chocolate cakes!
